Delacon is seeking a proactive and data-driven Manager – Data Analyst to lead the delivery of actionable insights from call tracking data. This role will focus on helping our customers and agency partners maximize value from their digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Salesforce, and other marketing platforms. You will also manage Delacon’s paid search performance and contribute to the ongoing development of our analytics solutions.

Insight Reporting & Data Analytics

  • Interpret customer data to build compelling data stories and insight reports.
  • Use tools such as Google Looker Studio, Power BI, and Tableau to develop insightful dashboards and reports.
  • Leverage call tracking data to optimize marketing campaigns, calculate CPL (Cost Per Lead) and CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), and improve conversion paths on websites.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support ad-hoc reporting, industry insights, and case studies.
  • Analyse customer calls and behaviour to derive meaningful insights that contribute to marketing and sales strategies.

Paid Search Campaign Management

  • Manage and optimize Delacon’s paid search campaigns across platforms like Google, Bing, and Yahoo.
  • Monitor competitor activity and ensure Delacon maintains top search rankings for branded and relevant industry keywords.
  • Track and report on CPL and CPA, ensuring continuous improvement in lead generation and cost-efficiency.
  • Work closely with Salesforce, Marketo, and GA4 to align paid campaigns with CRM and attribution tracking.

Software and Data Integration Support

  • Assist in the development, maintenance, and enhancement of Delacon’s Speech Analytics platform.
  • Ensure the performance and functionality of developed software, addressing bugs and updating documentation accordingly.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and customers to understand business requirements and deliver cost-effective technical solutions.
  • Maintain clear documentation, test results, and development methodologies.
  • Leverage experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure) and big data tools (Apache Spark, Airflow) for data processing and integration workflows.
  • Utilize programming languages such as Python for data wrangling, automation, and advanced analytics tasks.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Deliver weekly updates and insights to the manager via scheduled meetings.
  • Use project management tools such as Jira to document and track progress and tasks.
  • Maintain effective communication with customers to ensure timely delivery and alignment with expectations.

Insight Reporting:

  • Two industry insight reports monthly.
  • Weekly manager review via screen share.
  • Timely task documentation in Jira.

Paid Search Campaigns:

  • Monthly and quarterly CPL/CPA tracking and reporting.
  • Maintain top search engine rankings for key terms.
  • Regular review and optimization of ad performance.

Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing and data analysis.
  • Proven expertise with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Data Studio, DoubleClick, Salesforce, and Adobe Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of attribution and campaign measurement techniques.
  • Ability to tell stories through data and present insights clearly in reports.
  • Familiarity with tools like Optimizely, tag managers, and CRM systems.
  • Preferred experience with:
    • Microsoft Power BI, Google Looker Studio, Tableau.
    • Python for data analytics and automation.
    • Apache, Airflow, Spark for data processing pipelines.
    • Cloud platforms including Google Cloud, AWS, and Azure.

Education:

UG: Any but ideally B.Tech / B.E. (Bachelor of Technology / Engineering) or B.Sc. (Bachelor of Science).

PG: Any but ideally MBA (Master of Business Administration), M.Sc. / M.Stat. / M.Tech., PGDM in Marketing or Analytics, MCA (Master of Computer Applications).

Java Developer

Delacon is seeking a skilled and motivated Java Developer to join our Development team in Chennai. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust Java applications that power our core systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable and efficient solutions, contributing directly to the success of our technology platforms and customer offerings.

  • Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications across various layers of the technology stack.
  • Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, and other developers to define, design, and implement new features.
  • Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and quality of applications through effective coding practices and testing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues, identifying bottlenecks and bugs.
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
  • Participate in peer code reviews, providing feedback and promoting knowledge sharing.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth and cohesion.
  • Act as an individual contributor working towards team objectives and the company’s long-term vision.

  • Experience with microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
  • Familiarity with event-driven messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with version control tools, particularly Git.
  • Exposure to front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Node.js.
  • Hands-on experience with Apache Camel (schedulers, processors, and CRON jobs).
